"My dog, Argos loves daycare with Ann and the K9 club. He's always very excited when we arrive, and always exhausted when I pick him up. I've left him overnight and he loves it. Ann is very good with the dogs- makes sure they have lots of play time and supervised outdoor time. She really cares about them as her own. Ann is flexible with hours, as I occasionally worked late. Even though I've moved to Portland, I still drive Argos to Gray for overnights, that's how great she is!" Christi H
David P I have been to other doggy day cares and this is my favorite. Anne is great. I have even left my dog for overnight stays and when I pick him up he acts the same as he would if I had just left him for an hour. If you are looking for a day care that treats your dog like it s a member of their family then this is the place to go.
My dog Pappy started going to see Ann when he was about four months old. I would be driving down the road towards K-9 club and as soon as I turned onto Route 100 Pappy would start freaking out in the car. Pressing his face up against the glass, tail wagging as fast as it could, and he would start crying. Once Pappy and I pulled into the drive way he would freak out, starts scratching at the door and crying. He wouldn’t even give me a moment to put the car in park. Pappy wanted out of that car so he could get to Ann. As soon as I would open the door Pappy would sniff around as fast as he could so he could rush inside to see Ann. Pappy has spent most of his life with Ann. I worked typically 10 hour days and Pappy always stayed with Ann. Ann does not mind. She is always willing to be up super early for days when you need to drop off your dog early. She is always willing to keep the dog super late in case you need to stay at work later than anticipated. It’s completely obvious whether a dog enjoys going somewhere or not. Dogs are truthful, Pappy’s reactions every single morning when dropping him off proved to me I made the right choice in bringing him to K-9 Club and Ann. K-9 Club is an excellent choice. Your dog will be loved and spoiled all day. Ann is a true dog lover, and you cannot go wrong with bringing your puppy, or adult dog to spend a day with Ann. -Tracy M Raymond Maine.
We have been taking our dog Gatsby to K9 Club anytime we need boarding for several years, and are always confident that he is getting the best of care. The owner, Ann, treats each visitor with the love and compassion she would show her own dog – there are no crates or kennels, and the dogs have plenty of time to run around outside and play every day. Prices are very reasonable, and K9 Club has always had availability whenever we need it. Gatsby is always eager to head back to K9 Club! - Kathryn and Jeff Hawkins
Three years ago (July 2009) I wrote: My puppy is very happy going to K-9 Club and playing with the big dogs! The home-style atmosphere & individual attention makes it his home away from home. I can relax at work knowing that he s interacting w/ nice people who love dogs & being socialized with other dogs. The dogs are well cared for at very reasonable rates. I highly recommend K-9 Club :-) And now , 3 years later, he is still excited when I say we re almost there. I know when his tail starts wagging that he loves spending his days at K-9 Club! He still receives excellent care & attention including having his nails done, field trips & rubbies . I STILL HIGHLY recommend K-9 Club for daily doggie daycare or boarding!
